Joenit: a family firm that lives for music
We don’t sell boxes. For us, high-performance audio equipment is never a goal in itself, but an instrument to translate music into pure emotion. That conviction has driven us from day one. Joenit was founded in 1988 by Wim Verellen and Hilde Verbergt, and today our family business from Mechelen, Belgium, is led with that same passion by their sons Bram and Sam. For more than three decades we have lived and breathed music and audio.
We choose the brands we carry ourselves, with the greatest care. We also use them every day; we live and listen with them, both at home and in our demo rooms. That is how we come to know each piece inside out. We know exactly how it sounds, how it is built and what a good hi-fi system means to people. We are glad to pass that in-depth knowledge on, in the form of honest advice, expert service and a keen eye for an excellent price/quality ratio.
Just as important are the people behind the brands. We know the designers and makers of the equipment personally, and share with them an unconditional love of music. Thanks to these short lines, we can guarantee a truly personal approach. From our headquarters in Mechelen, Belgium, we support our dealers with the expertise, the stock and the service they can count on. And should anything ever go wrong? Then our own repair workshop is there for you. That is how we make sure every piece keeps playing for years, long after the sale.
